Before travel we can conduct a comprehensive risk assessment of the destination and provide business travellers with up-to-date information about any potential risks, such as political instability, natural disasters, or health hazards. We can also provide travellers with training and education on best practices for staying safe while traveling, including how to avoid common scams and hazards, and how to respond to emergencies.

During travel we can track the movements of travellers, providing real-time updates and itinerary changes to avoid potential disruptions such as flight cancellations or natural disasters.

Emergencies

With Wings, your travellers are in the safest hands, even in the face of unexpected challenges. In the event of an emergency, travellers have access to Wings24, our 24/7 emergency assistance line for clear and concise communication regarding safety and security procedures, including emergency protocols and contingency plans. We don’t use call handling – calls are answered promptly by a Wings employee with access to all relevant personal and corporate travel information. Wings24 will ensure your traveller has access to safe and appropriate transportation, accommodation and medical care.

The Wings Mobile app

Travellers can view, manage, and communicate their travel itineraries using the complimentary Wings Mobile app. This app delivers everything a traveller needs to know all in one centralised, simple-to-navigate place without the need for paper or multiple emails. Core safety features include centralised individual traveller profile management, personalised traveller risk assessment, push notifications and travel alerts with full trip itinerary management. When using the Wings app, your traveller is effectively accompanied throughout their journey by a team of our own full-time, dedicated business travel consultants working across the world.
